ABOUT ME
My name is Barron Nguyen, and I am currently pursuing my B.S in the Earth and Planetary Sciences, concurrently with my M.S degree at Stanford University. I investigate the medium between astrophysics and planetary science, specifically oceans, atmospheres, and climate habitability, by developing novel intersections in coupled astrophysical-planetary evolution theory, while bridging observational with modeling techniques.
I also engage in a researcher-practitioner approach spanning planetary astrophysics and climate finance. My research focuses on atmosphere-ocean evolution and climate modeling, which I apply to investment strategy, risk assessment, and social-ecological systems practice, supporting the transition to environmentally resilient capital and socially impactful systems.
